Partnerships
Golden Cycling Journal considers collaborations that suit its interest in countryside cycling, rural places and thoughtful travel by bicycle. Proposals should be relevant to readers and clearly distinguishable from independent editorial coverage.
Suitable collaborations
We consider clearly defined projects such as relevant campaign features, commissioned explanatory material, event or place listings, and partner placements connected to countryside cycling. Proposals should explain the intended audience, the material or placement requested, the proposed timing and any commercial relationship involved.
Partner placements
Partner placements may appear in agreed areas of the website, including recurring placements across multiple pages where appropriate. Their position and scope are considered in advance. We do not offer editorial approval or a promise of favourable coverage as part of a placement.
Clear labels and boundaries
Paid, sponsored or otherwise partner-supported material is identified clearly where it appears. Commercial arrangements do not determine the conclusions of independent editorial work. We may decline proposals that are unrelated to the publication, unclear about their purpose or unsuitable for readers.
Make an enquiry
Use the Contact page to send a concise proposal with your organisation or project details, the form of collaboration you have in mind and any relevant dates. We do not publish contact details here or imply that a proposal has been accepted until terms are agreed.
A ride is also a way of noticing.
We look at the countryside from bicycle height: its lanes, landmarks, seasons and the customs that gather around a journey.
